I believe that this IS a form of art, whether it crosses over into vandalism or not, I’m sure that the rush of “vandalizing” is part of the process that inspires the art. Of course, seeing gang signs anywhere is not a comforting feeling, and the meaning behind that is definitely different. And of course messages such as “F*** Y**” aren’t all that pleasant to read either, but even then there are times where they play into the context of a scene. Definitely a controversial art form but one that I appreciate, respect, and admire. Gorgeous photographs!
